All prices are in Euro and including all taxes but excluding local fees (€3.50/day & person - starting on the 01.11.2023 the government will raise it to 4€ per day per person).
Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from local fees.

0-3 years 90 %
- 4-6 years 60 %
- 7-14 years 30 %
- 15-99 years 20 %
All agreements underline the Austrian hotel guidelines
If you have to cancel your booking, the following guidelines count:
Cancellations 60 days before the arrival is free of charge
59 days before arrival 40 % of the whole stay
20 days before arrival 70 % of the whole stay
7 days before arrival 90% of the whole stay.
At the arrival day and no Show 100%.
